The Milford Performing Arts Center At 2 PM the John Irizarry band takes the stage to warm up the audience. Dance recital. Carla Zellmer, Director. Approximately 25 young dancers, representing the best in Pike County perform in full costume at the pavilion.(very colorful) Approximately 3 o’clock start.
